KSC M11a1
I have two of these now, a Taiwan version, and a Japanese version. I bought both from Guns'n'Guys, based in Hong Kong. The guns arrive within the week and the first thing I thought was how much it weighed for a little SMG.
Weighing about 1.3kg, it seems to boast a lot more metal parts than it really does. Visually, you can see that the guns body is made of strong ABS plastic, with various metal parts; strap swivel, outer barrel, mag release, stock, bolt, trigger, magazine, etc. The gun has good balance when the stock is extended, but it is a little front heavy with it in. Other then that it, it feels sturdy and solid. The top part of the receiver looks more metal then the lower.
I have not seen the Maruzen or WA version of the M11a1, but they have the same features.

The M11 has a collapsible stock, semi and full auto, safety switch, threaded outer barrel to take silencers and a trap mount. The KSC version comes with a 48 round magazine unlike the Maruzen's short one, but it is supposed to be slightly better then the WA version.
The gun shoots from an open bolt system just like the real one, with a great ROF. (rate of fire)
Performance of the machine pistol isn't that bad, with the gun switched to semi-auto the guns maximum, effective range with hop-up set is a good 30 meters.
With the magazine inserted it adds a lot more weight and feel to it. The mag can be loaded by hand, but I prefer the loader that comes with the gun, that way I can pour in the bb's. But it doesn't always fall in the double stack position, which can make loading the magazine fully a bit of a problem. The gas valve is at the bottom of the magazine which is pretty much concealed a long way in. With a nice metal-to-metal click and a gentle pull back of the bolt it can empty a full magazine in 4-5 seconds, and that's 48 rounds!

To adjust the hop-up, you need to take out the magazine and pull back the bolt, then you use the silver adjuster to turn the hop-up for fine-tuning. Turn it downwards to decrease the backspin, and upwards to increase. There is a little recoil feel to the gun, but not as much compared to a pistol or the UZI. The sound is pretty loud, with the bolt flying up and down. The gun can accept a silencer but I don't know if it would do the job as good. The safety lever is easily flicked on and off and gives it a secure feel when it is on.
